John Ziegler

John Ziegler, Co-Founder, brings over 25 years of operations and data-driven marketing experience to healthcare solutions development. Over the last 10 years John has worked with medical device start-ups before joining Ambassador. John has a passion for finding solutions that operationalize the vast amounts of data available to organizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering on their mission.John also serves as the Past-President and Board Member of the 1500-member Central Ohio Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Managers Association (HFMA), which has over 100,000 members nationally.

George Dial

George Dial is  the founder of Bloo Wraith, an emerging technology consulting and product development firm working with government and corporate partners to develop strategic solutions for process improvement and business development initiatives.​​George brings product development and strategic planning experience from multiple industries. Prior to Bloo Wraith, he worked as an investment banker focused on healthcare. He also worked in corporate innovation for Safelite Group, North America’s largest multi-faceted vehicle glass, and claims management service. His primary role was identifying new opportunities for enterprise modernization and creating go-to-market strategies for new product releases. He provided business development consulting for Klarna, a fintech startup focused in creating financing plans for consumer goods, resulting in nearly 1 billion in additional value. He brings a diverse background in asset management, venture capital, investment banking, and corporate innovation. George serves as a committee member for Social Ventures, a social impact investment fund. ​​George is a graduate of Ohio State University where he studied Financial Services. He is passionate about the advancement of emerging technology and AI research.

Neil Johnson

Neil Johnson, Co-Founder, has more than 23 years of healthcare investment banking, private equity, and startup company experience including completion of over $1 billion of corporate finance transactions involving merger and acquisitions, equity and corporate debt financings as well as distressed asset acquisitions and divestitures. Neil is a board member and executive of several other companies and private funds. He is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth ACG, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society HIMSS, Healthcare Business Management Association HBMA, HFMA, participates in the First Connect Bio Medical Steering Committee as well as an education contributor to the Harvard Business School and founder of the annual Healthcare Capital Markets & Innovation Summit.
